Telepoint Monitoring and Support Center (MSC) is available 24/7. MSC personnel are qualified technicians, engineers, network and system administrators and security specialists who are available to support customers in their day-to-day operations.

The BMS installed to monitor critical DC environment parameters, such as temperature, humidity, power availability, etc., reports directly to MSC duty engineers who are trained to react accordingly if any issue occur.

24/7 MSC duty engineers are capable of:

  • Perforing HES
  • Rack/unrack equipment
  • Monitoring critical parameters of the DC environment
  • Parcel management
  • Access to facility management
  • CCTV surveillance
  • Access control management
  • Resolving issues with equipment, internal systems, etc
  • Escalating an issue using the fastes escalation paths
